Allied Systems Company, an award-winning heavy equipment manufacturing company located in Sherwood, Oregon, has an immediate career opening for a Territory Manager.

The Territory Manager will market and sell Allied Systems Products. This position will focus on creating optimal solutions for customers and internal stakeholders by engaging challenges with passion, optimism, and sound decision-making by building strong relationships internally and externally to move objectives forward for our Winch products for all major tractor brands. The Territory Manager should expect to be involved with Marketing and Selling all Allied Systems product lines. This person will be reporting directly to the VP of sales and marketing.

This person will be responsible for the following:

  • Quote, sell, and support products in both domestic and international markets
  • Market development opportunities and initiatives to profitably grow existing/new markets and business
  • Monitor customer and industry trends and capital spending behavior
  • Be an internal advocate for the product line and customers
  • Manage dealers and end users to profitably grow the business
  • Support service, engineering and customers by acting as a liaison
  • Establish product requirements for service and service parts
  • Routine travel 10%

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience marketing and selling heavy equipment preferred
  • Must be aggressive, ambitious, self-motivated and possess excellent customer relation skills.
  • Strong “sales hunter” mentality with the ability to sell and generate new customers.
  • Organized, accurate, focused and results oriented
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Technical competence, prefer candidates with AS/BS degree in technical field
  • Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 10%
